大安の今日、お祝いのお席に特別なお料理をご用意させていただきました。
ご両親がお打合せにご来館いただいたのですが、ご希望のあった鯛のお料理やお聞かせいただいたお話を調理場に報告し、お品書きを考えて貰いました。
お料理は、福を呼ぶフグのお刺身と、めでたい鯛の菜種焼き、その他旬の食材を使い、心を込めてご用意させていただきました。
いつも大変お世話になっているお客様でしたので、ご満足いただけたらうれしいですね～。
